Call us to conduct a Cultural Audit.  We can help you take the temperature of your organization, assess your organization's readiness, and craft a way forward that is meaningful and responsive to your organization's needs.

We use an approach that combines quantitative and qualitative measures.  Our surveys, using proven benchmarks, help us learn about your stakeholders' perceptions, experiences and outlooks.  This data then informs insights collection (using methods like interactive focus groups and interviews with internal and external stakeholders) to help us understand the stories behind the data.  The result is actionable  information to steer your strategic priorities, operational practices, and stakeholder experiences, setting you on the path to successful implementation.

Our Standard Packages

0.1  BOLD

For organizations that are just getting starting out:
  • "What's Your 'Why?' is a 3-part facilitated workshop to craft a compelling vision and shared goals for inclusion to drive engagement
  • Build capacity through a customized Inclusion Training for senior leaders to create a shared understanding that is applicable to your organization
  • Access one-to-one or group coaching for senior and/or DEI leaders

0.2 BOLDER

For organizations that are further along and want to be planful:
  • Cultural Audit to assess organizational inclusion and provide a baseline 
  • Recommendations and tools for strategic planning and implementation
  • Access to one-to-one or group coaching for senior and/or DEI leaders

For organizations that are more advanced, but need help putting plans into action:
